
Badminton is a sport that brings wholesome benefits to all who pick up a rack as it trains agility, reaction time, muscular strength and endurance all within one activity. It is also a sport that is gaining traction and popularity all around the world for millions of people of a wide range of ages.
Our training programs provides both competitive and non-competitive participation opportunities, for children and adults with intellectual disabilities; delivered in a safe, fun and inclusive manner.
Our weekly training schedule:
- Thursday, 7:30pm – 9:00pm, UWCSEA East Campus
- Saturday, 9:00am –11:00am, Yio Chu Kang Sports Hall
- Saturday, 8:00am –10:00am, Bukit Gombak Sports Hall
